The journal, published by the Postgraduate Program of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in June 2022, is the sole academic journal both nationally and internationally dedicated to the study of Javanese Islam. It cordially invites contributions from scholars across relevant disciplines. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions undergo rigorous review by the editor, the editorial board, and blind peer reviewers. Manuscripts that fail to comply with the journal’s formatting or length requirements will be declined without further review.
